Title Registration and Settlement – The Grove Release One

We're calling for settlement

We are thrilled to advise that we have received title registration for your land and have now called for settlement.

Your solicitor has been notified, and will prepare for settlement on your behalf, with the settlement date being Friday, 9 August 2024. Please speak with your solicitor if you would like to request an early settlement.

To ensure your settlement runs smoothly, please also reach out to your legal representative and bank or broker to finalise any requirements.

Important Documents

Once settlement has been finalised, your builder will be free to access your land to commence building your new home. We’ve included a link to the The Grove Design Guidelines below to act as a checklist when finalising your home design.

Your builder can access important ‘as-constructed’ documentation for your lot through our Property Tracker build page, which we have also linked below for your reference.
