Brookhaven Construction Update - The Grove Release One

Welcome to your July construction update for The Grove Release One.

Construction Progress

We are thrilled to update you on the progress our contractor SEE Civil has made over the past month as our streetscapes start to take shape.

All sleeper and boulder retaining walls are now complete. Most of the footpaths are now finished, greatly enhancing accessibility throughout the area. The final topsoil has been spread, and all lots have been drill seeded, marking a significant milestones in our program.

Over the coming weeks, our landscapers will be installing street trees and turf along the verges, adding the final touches on The Grove Release One.

Valuations

Now is the time to finalise your arrangements for finance and apply for your final loan approval. To ensure a smooth process for your upcoming settlement, it is important to schedule your valuation appointment as soon as possible. Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalising your loan for settlement.
