Brookhaven Construction Update - The Grove Release One

Welcome to your May construction update for The Grove Release One.

Construction Progress

Despite the continual wet weather, our contractor SEE Civil has made good progress on site, with earthworks and sleeper retaining walls now complete. Our beautiful sandstone boulder walls are also in place, with final touches to the entry of the precinct underway.

The installation of stormwater and sewer lines is now complete, with final testing taking place over the next week. The kerb has recently been installed and footpaths and driveway are set to be poured over the coming fortnight. Over the coming month, roadworks will continue and the landscaping teams will commence work on the streetscapes throughout The Grove Release One.

Early site access for valuations, soil testing and site surveys will be available from Tuesday, 14 May. Please have your builder contact the SEE Civil Site Engineer, Dylan Gon Chee on the details below to arrange site access.

Settlement Update
