Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

​We’re pleased to keep you updated on the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Building A

We are excited to report that the balustrades are now completed, and the scaffold has been removed exposing the beauty of the precast concrete façade and showcasing the building’s iconic curves.

Internal fit-out works continue with joinery and tiling nearing completion on Levels 4 & 5.

The lower levels continue to progress with bathroom fit-off, lighting installation and commissioning underway in many apartments.


Ground floor Building A – Ready for Quality Assurance inspection

Quality Assurance inspections by Frasers Property are set to commence on the ground floor in early November. These inspections are an integral part of our commitment to delivering a high-quality building and home that meets industry standards.​

Building B​

The first batch of plants have now been delivered and installed to the Level 4 roof terrace.​

The remainder of the tiling and glass balustrade to level 4 will be completed shortly as the gym finishes are due for install in November.​

Tiles are now installed to the ground floor lobby and corridor, while carpet is being installed to the corridors on levels 1 to 3. Specialist lighting has also been installed to the ground floor lobby and corridor.

All Frasers Property QA1 inspections are now completed with the Contractor addressing any quality issues in preparation for a final inspection.

Podium & verge works​

The pool tiling and coping tiles are now completed with the entry stair handrail also installed.

Waterproofing is now completed to all level 1 podium planters with soil and irrigation being installed. Paving to the podium is scheduled in November.

Ground floor external terrace blockwork is now completed with all terrace access stairs poured as civil works continue.

The dropping of scaffold has now provided access to finalise the Building A ground floor terraces and progress perimeter landscaping works.


Basement Line Marking

Settlement Update

Settlements are anticipated to commence from February 2024 with a staged approach commencing with Building B & followed by Building A.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
