Welcome to the latest Construction Update.
We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
Building A
Internal fit-out works are effectively complete with the installation of miscellaneous minor joinery elements, final painting from west (core A1) to east (core A5) finalised.

Most Pre-Settlement inspections (PSI) have been completed with finishes and cleaning crews working through the remaining apartments in preparation for the final pre-settlement inspection (PSI) bookings. All PSI’s will be completed by mid-September.
With the receipt of the Occupation Certificate, initial settlement calls for Building A were made, and the majority of settlements for cores 1 and 2 took place during the first week of September 2024.
All remaining settlement calls will be made shortly with all customers in a staged manner, to settle by the end of September 2024.
Building B
Following receipt of the Occupation Certificate, Building B settlements have been completed and customers continue to move in.

Podium & verge works
The perimeter fence has now been removed with Quayside Avenue and the Promontory Drive now open to the public.

Footpath and landscaping works continue on the vacant blocks to the south of the building with the Contractor re-locating to a smaller shed on the adjacent laneway.
Settlement Update
The next stage of settlements for Building A will be occurring on 17th & 18th September 2024 and all remaining settlements are progressing as booked with customers.
