Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Building A

Internal fit-out works are effectively complete to all apartments with some final joinery elements being installed, detailing and final painting from West (Core A1) to East (Core A5).

Finishes and cleaning crews are now working through the building in preparation for Frasers Property’s next round of Quality Assurance checks.

Quality Assurance inspections by the Frasers Property team have been completed on Level 3 and quality inspections now underway on Levels 4 and 5. These inspections are an integral part of our commitment to delivering a high-quality project that meets industry standards.

Building B

Pre-settlement inspections (PSI) have now all been completed.

Podium & verge works

The pool and associated commissioning including heat pumps and water quality testing is complete.

All final asphalt layers have now been placed with line marking imminent. The Contractor is demobilising their site accommodation in preparation for handover.

Inspections by the building certifier are complete and the fire brigade completed their inspection on Tuesday 25 June 2024.

The building certifier has been issued majority of the Occupation Certificate documentation for their review in preparation for issue of the Occupation Certificate.

Settlement Update

We anticipate settlements to occur from August 2024 through to September 2024.

The below table outlines more detailed information on forecasted timings for when key milestones are anticipated to occur in the lead up to the settlement of your apartment in both Building's A and B.
