Nautilus – April 2024
Welcome to the latest Construction Update.
We are pleased to share a long-awaited construction update detailing progress since late 2023. While site activity had paused in recent weeks, we are delighted to report that workers are back on site, and momentum is growing once again.
Building A
The ground floor lobby entries are nearing completion with final detailing underway. These entries include mosaic feature tiles and will be an impressive entry statement on The Promontory Drive.
Internal fit-out works continue from levels 3 to 5 with remaining joinery & stone elements being installed, while the kitchens and wet area fit-offs are close to completion.

Quality Assurance inspections by the Frasers Property team have been completed up to Level 2, and further inspections recently completed for Levels 3 to 5 to identify incomplete and defective works. These inspections are an integral part of our commitment to delivering a high-quality project that meets industry standards and will be invaluable in driving the completion of the project.
Building B
All apartments, lobbies and corridors are effectively complete with all areas carpeted and painted, and final detailing & defects repair underway.

All apartments have air-conditioning, lighting, appliances, water and hot water commissioned and operational.
The remaining Building B works include the installation of fences and gates to the Ground Floor terraces and fencing to the Level 1 podium balconies.
The Contractor is nearing completion of all defect’s rectification and outstanding works for the entire building as identified in Frasers Property’s Quality Assurance 2 (QA2) inspections. The Frasers Property Team will be reviewing the status of works in the coming weeks and will be in contact shortly to schedule your pre-settlement inspections (PSI).
Podium & verge works
The pool will be cleaned, filled with water and commissioned at a date closer to completion.

Ground floor terrace fences are currently being installed and the pergola beams to the level 3 terrace apartments light-well are currently being installed. Gates for fencing are due on-site shortly.

Final plant installation is due to re-commence in the coming days.
Footpaths & carpark driveway concreted
All external perimeter footpaths have now been poured in addition to the carpark driveway entry. Remaining turf areas are underway with building signage due for install in the coming weeks.
Settlement Update
We anticipate settlements to now occur from August 2024. As construction activity picks back up and works continue to progress, if forecasted settlement timings improve, we will reach out to customers to discuss an earlier settlement time-frame.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
