We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
Building A
Frasers Property has completed their next round of Quality Assurance checks on Ground Floor.

Building A - The breezeway
Internal fit-out works are effectively complete to all apartments with detailing and final painting of the respective lift lobbies and corridors underway.
Apartment wayfinding and statutory signage is being installed and will be completed in the coming days.
Finishes and cleaning crews are now working through the building in preparation for Frasers Property Australia’s next round of Quality Assurance checks.
The basement lobbies have been completed with feature rubber flooring and striking paint colours to the different lobbies to assist in wayfinding for residents and visitors
Quality Assurance inspections by the Frasers Property team are now underway on Level 3, with further quality inspections scheduled to start on Levels 4 and 5 in the coming weeks. These inspections are an integral part of our commitment to delivering a high-quality project that meets industry standards.
Building B
All apartments are now completed including Frasers Property's Quality Assurance inspections for Building B. The Customer Care team are currently contacting purchasers to book pre-settlement inspections (PSI).

Podium & verge works
The pool has now been filled with water and the associated commissioning and water quality testing to be completed by mid-June.
All terrace fences and gates are now completed with intercoms and access control systems commissioned. Inspections by the building certifier are ongoing and the fire brigade is scheduled to inspect in mid-June.

Quayside Ave asphalt final road surface
Quayside Avenue has had its final asphalt surface layer placed. The Promontory Drive final asphalt layer will be placed by mid-June, following which the road will be line marked and the perimeter fencing removed once the Occupation Certificate is obtained and settlements near.

Settlement Update
We anticipate settlements to occur from August 2024 through to September 2024.
The below table outlines more detailed information on forecasted timings for when key milestones are anticipated to occur in the lead up to construction completing within both Building A and B, as well as forecasted timings to prepare for settlement of your apartment.
These forecasted timings will be reviewed as construction nears completion and we get closer to preparing your apartment for settlement.
