Welcome to the latest Construction Update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Building A

Internal fit-out works are being finalised with the installation of the final joinery elements. The final painting is occurring from west (core A1) to east (core A5), and is nearing completion.

Initial Pre-Settlement inspections (PSI) are now underway in cores A1, A2 and A3 with finishes and cleaning crews working through the remaining apartments in preparation for PSI bookings.

Quality Assurance inspections by the Frasers Property team have now been completed to all apartments. These inspections are an integral part of our commitment to delivering a high-quality project that meets industry standards.

Building B

Occupation Certificate has been received and settlements are being called in a staged manner.​

Podium & verge works

All final asphalt layers have now been placed with line marking and road signage installed. The final perimeter fence is ready for removal.

The Contractor has removed the temporary site accommodation as we ready for occupation by new residents.

Inspections by the building certifier and the fire brigade are complete and closed-out. The Occupation Certificate has been received.

Settlement Update

We anticipate settlements to occur from August 2024 through to September 2024.

The below table outlines more detailed information on forecasted timings for when key milestones are anticipated to occur in the lead up to the settlement of your apartment in both Building's A and B.
