We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Exciting news from the Nautilus apartment complex! We have several updates to share regarding the ongoing construction progress.

The removal of the tower crane marks a significant milestone, clearing the way for the much-anticipated pool construction. With the interior scaffolding now removed, the exquisite raw off-white precast concrete of Nautilus has now been revealed, leaving us in awe of its beauty.

Nautilus - Scaffold Removal

Building A: Level 2 is currently undergoing kitchen installation, while initial paintwork is progressing on Level 3. Waterproofing of the wet areas on Level 1 is well underway, and tilers are currently working on the ground floor apartments. Wall framing of inter-tenancy walls is almost complete, and services rough-in has begun in the Level 5 apartments. Plastering work on Level 4 is nearly finished, and carpenters have started laying timber floors and trims in the ground floor apartments. Kone's team is on-site commissioning the first of the six lifts.

Building B - Roof top gym façade works have commenced

Building B: The installation of the feature batten facade around the rooftop gym is underway. Tilers have started installing tiles in the wet areas of the ground floor apartments, and the installation of tiles in the main living areas of every apartment is almost complete. Sheeting in the lobby areas is nearly finished, and the electrician will soon begin their fit-off. Kitchen installation on Level 2 is ongoing, and preparations for the rooftop garden have commenced.

Podium & Pool

Podium & Verge works: Significant attention has been given to the podium and verge areas. The bulk of the blockwork surrounding the ground floor terraces is almost complete. Site measuring for the fences and gates is currently underway. With the crane no longer present, the team can finally seal up the basement car park and pour the concrete shell of the pool. The podium blockwork is nearing completion, and planterbox waterproofing works are progressing well.
