Shell Cove Construction Update - Nautilus Apartments

We are extremely excited to announce that the Nautilus structure ""topped out"" this month. Reaching this milestone means that the structure, inlcuding the roof, has reached its maximum height. The formwork is currently being removed and this beautiful building is beginning to take an amazing shape.

Great progress has been made with the completion of windows on the Ground Floor and are currently being installed on Level 1 and Level 2 to Buildings A & B.

We are also delighted to confirm that the internal fit out trades are continuing on the Ground Floor, Level 2 and Level 3 with high-level services being installed, bringing character to each individual space.

All the precast concrete planels have been delivered to site and installed. There were approximately 550 individual panels installed thoughout the entire building!

We are also keen to confirm that the prototype apartment is also underway and anticipated to be completed in the coming weeks.
