We have had another exciting year at Shell Cove as The Waterfront continues to take shape and transform. We've continued to welcome new residents into our community and our teams have worked steadily into the holiday season, ready for another big year in 2023.

Over the holiday period, our office is closed from 23rd December to 8th January 2023. Once our team returns, we will be available to answer any queries you may have regarding your property.  

Your next construction update will be sent to you in the new year in February, 2023. 

For now, on behalf of the Prosperity Care Team, I'd like to wish you a safe and happy holiday season and we look forward to speaking with you again in the new year.

At this stage, forecasted completion and settlement for Nautilus apartments is Quarter 3, 2023.
