We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for your new Nautilus Apartment at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

Parkview have been extremely busy this month with continuing concrete slab works for both Building A and B. Parkview's crane crew have also installed over sixty precast panels this month and have just as many delivered onsite ready for installation in October. Formwork for the Building B roof slab have commenced and once poured, Parkview will only have the rooftop gym structure remaining for Building B. Currently Parkview are forecasting to top out the structure for Building A during November 2022, weather permitting.

Internal works to the high-level services have continued on the ground floor and have now commenced on Level 1. Framing and partition work in all ground floor apartments have begun, thus allowing the mechanical and electrical rough-in works to commence. Ground floor glazing works have also commenced this month.

At this stage, forecasted completion and settlement for Nautilus apartments is Quarter 3, 2023.
