We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for your new Nautilus Apartment at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

Parkview have been very busy this month as they continue to focus on the structure of the Nautilus building. The team completed the formwork for the Building B roof top slab and finished pouring all of Building A's level 4 apartment slabs. Parkview's crane crew have also been busy installing the Precast panels, moving formwork, extending lift shafts and placing materials around site as required for the apartment fit outs.

The first of five precast lift core was installed this month, with the first being located in the southeast corner of Building A. As Nautilus' structure continues to extend past level 4, the construction of the lift core will change from being formed and poured on-site (or poured in-situ concrete) to a precast concrete panel manufactured off-site. The pre-cast lift core that has been installed is close to Nautilus' final building height, being 26.15m above sea level.

Parkview have also installed their first builders hoist, used to assist the internal fit out trades access their work areas and transport materials and tools. Internal works continue to progress nicely with rough-in works on ground floor now complete and wall lining facade works commencing once the pre-sheet inspections have been completed. Wall framing and plumbing works have also commenced on level 1 with works to level 2 apartments due to commence next month.

At this stage, forecasted completion and settlement for Nautilus apartments is Quarter 3, 2023.

The Waterfront Food & Wine Festival was a huge success!

A wonderful weekend was had with the thousands who turned out to enjoy The Waterfront Food & Wine Festival on the weekend. A festival of feasting, fun and fireworks and a celebration of the unique style and flavour that the NSW South Coast has to offer. The event showcased over 30 food, wine, spirits and beer vendors as well as family-friendly entertainment and rides.
