Welcome to the December construction update for Soul Residences at Midtown MacPark.

Please note, this is the last construction update for the year, we will provde you with your next update in February 2024.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate settlements of Soul Residences to commence in March / April 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.
