Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

We are delighted to bring you the November construction update for Soul Residences at Midtown MacPark.

Soul Residences

Another busy month with progress continuing apace as various trades work through the building.

• The fit-off of electrical and plumbing services as well as the painters have now reached up to level 8.
• The installation of cabinetry has reached level 10.
• On level 13, floor preparation and tiling works are underway.
• The internal wall and ceiling sheeting is underway on level 17.

With the topping out of the building now complete and internal works well underway, we have entered the next phase of construction and have now commenerced work on the residents only courtyard. In the upcoming weeks, we will be install the landscaping with the addition of more trees and greenery, creating a lush environment for our residents to enjoy.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate completion of Soul Residences to occur in March 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.
