Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

We are very pleased to bring you the October construction update for Soul Residences at Midtown MacPark.

Soul Residences

There has been a lot of activity and progress throughout the building over the last month.

• The fit out of electrical and plumbing services as well as the painters have now reached up to level 5.
• The installation of cabinetry has reached level 8.
• On level 10, floor preparation and tiling works are underway.
• The internal wall and ceiling sheeting is underway on level 14.
• And finally, up on the rooftop there has been blockwork to the necessary structures, as you can see in the photo.

Settlement Forecast

We currently anticipate completion of Soul Residences to occur in March / April 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.
