Midtown Construction Update - The Terraces by the Park

Welcome to the September construction update for the Terraces by the Park at Midtown MacPark.

This month we are pleased to bring you a video update with Scott Clohessy, Development Director at Midtown. Take a look at what’s been happening with the construction progress of Terraces by the Park, MAC and Soul Residences, and other interesting updates at Midtown!

We currently anticipate settlements of Terraces by the Park to commence in Q1, 2024. As we draw closer to settlement, we will bring you a more precise timing for your home. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays as well as receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

In other exciting news, we are thrilled to announce that the New South Wales Government has confirmed a new 750 student public primary school will be built at Midtown MacPark. Once completed the new school will cater for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. This new vertical school will include a range of amenities including a rooftop recreation area, library, play spaces on each floor and covered outdoor learning areas. The development of the school will mean residents of Midtown MacPark as well as the surrounding community will have access to educational facilities ranging from childcare all the way to university either within the community, or within walking distance.
