Midtown Construction Update - The Terraces by the Park

Welcome to the August construction update of The Terraces by the Park at Midtown MacPark!

Over the past month, the majority of the structural works for the terraces have been completed. This includes the precast panel walls and structural slabs for level 1, level 2 and the roof. Once the concrete cures, the formwork will be removed to clear the way for further works including the initial installation of the services.

We currently anticipate completion of The Terraces by the Park to occur in the first quarter 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

Elsewhere onsite, further works continue to Shrimptons Creek bridge with the installation of barriers, cleaning and coating.
