Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

We are very pleased to bring you the August construction update for Soul Residences at Midtown MacPark.

Soul Residences

Another busy and productive month onsite. We saw the completion of the lift core at level 18 and the structure reached level 17 with preparations for the slab pour. Down at level 12 the rough-in installation of the services is in progress. On levels 7-10, the internal wall and ceiling sheeting is underway. On levels 4-6, floor preparation and tiling works are occuring while on levels 2-3 painting and services fit-offs are underway. At level 1, the quality assurance inspections are underway.

We currently anticipate completion of Soul Residences to occur in the first quarter, 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

Elsewhere onsite, further works continue to Shrimptons Creek bridge with the installation of crash barriers, cleaning and coating.
