Midtown Construction Update - The Terraces by the Park

Welcome to our July update from The Terraces by the Park at Midtown MacPark!

After the first walls were erected last month, we now see the first floor slab poured and as you can see from the image above, the homes really begin to take shape. The coming months will see rapid progress and we look forward to bringing you more details and photos from the site.

We currently anticipate completion of The Terraces by the Park to occur in the first quarter 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

Midtown Site

Elsewhere onsite, construction of Soul Residences continues apace and Mac Residences has even reached the top with the roof level recently poured. The landscaping for the civil works will be completed this month and there are further works to the Shrimptons Creek bridge in progress.
