Midtown Construction Update - SOUL Residences

We are delighted to bring you the July construction update for Soul Residences at Midtown MacPark.

Soul Residences

The site has been as busy as ever with the lift core currently at level 18 and the structure at level 14. The various trades are working their way up through the building. There is joinery installation up to level 3 and floor installation works are on levels 3 to 5. Internal walls and ceiling sheeting is now taking place on levels 6 to 8, while in-wall services installation is underway on level 9 and wall framing on level 10. The ‘energisation’ of the building was recently conducted successfully with the main electrical supply now on.

We currently anticipate completion of Soul Residences to occur in the first quarter, 2024. This forecast is subject to construction progress, weather delays and receipt of title registration and the occupation certificate.

Midtown Site

Elsewhere onsite, construction of MAC Residences continues apace and we were excited to see the building ‘top-out’ recently with the roof slab poured. The landscaping for the civil works will be completed this month and there are further works to the Shrimptons Creek bridge in progress.
