Important Update - Brooklyn Row Terraces Block F

We are writing to provide you with an update on the expected settlement date for your new terrace home.

As you may be aware, while the construction of your home is on track and nearing completion, our construction team is experiencing unexpected delays with the installation of the gas infrastructure to your home, and this unexpected delay is therefore causing delays to complete the footpaths and landscaping.

Due to these delays, the first settlements will now be occurring from late January 2025.

The team apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The team are deeply committed and will work with you and your solicitor and financial provider to ensure a smooth process to settle your new home when ready.

Pre-settlement inspections will commence in December this year. This will be your opportunity to walk-through and inspect your new home.

Our Customer Care team will be in touch to book your inspection at a time that suits when your home is ready.

What’s Next

We are pleased to advise that your property in Brooklyn Row Terraces Block F at Ed.Square is now ready for valuation.

Please ask your financial provider to contact us via the email edsquare@frasersproperty.com.au or phone 02 9767 2222 between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, to schedule an independent valuation appointment. Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalising your loan for settlement.

Important Information for Valuation

We recommend forwarding this email to your financial provider so the valuer can be made aware of the important information below:

• Valuers will be required to book their appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
• The valuation appointment has an allocated time of 30 minutes to value your property.
• We will meet your valuer at Ed.Square Sales Centre, located in Ed.Square Town Centre, 52 Soldiers Parade (facing Sergeant Street, next to Service NSW), Edmondson Park, see below map.
• Brooklyn Row Terrace Valuation Information Pack will be provided to your valuer to ensure they have all the necessary information.
• As the site is under construction, enclosed flat shoes must be worn. Heels or open-toe shoes are not permitted on-site.
