Ed.Square Construction Update - Terraces Block F

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Terrace Block F for 2024.

Since our last update, we have seen the dismantling of scaffold complete, with the team finalising rear yard retaining walls. This will allow services connections to be prepped and landscaping to commence. Internally, tiling is well advanced with fit off works scheduled to commence in the coming days.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed Late 4th Quarter 2024.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
