Important Update - Brooklyn Row Terraces Block E

We are writing to provide you with an update on the expected settlement date for your new terrace home.

As you may be aware, while the construction of your home is on track and nearing completion, our construction team is experiencing unexpected delays with the installation of the gas infrastructure to your home, and this unexpected delay is therefore causing delays to complete the footpaths and landscaping.

Due to these delays, the first settlements will now be occurring from late January 2025.

The team apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The team are deeply committed and will work with you and your solicitor and financial provider to ensure a smooth process to settle your new home when ready.

Pre-settlement inspections will commence in December this year. This will be your opportunity to walk-through and inspect your new home.

Finalising Your Financial Arrangement

If finance is required for your upcoming settlement, please contact your financial provider to complete a loan application.
