Ed.Square Construction Update - Terraces Block F

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Terrace Block F for 2024.

Since our last update, we have seen the façade installation continuing to progress well and dismantling of scaffold has now commenced. This will continue over the coming weeks. Internally, the first coat of paint sealer is complete and tiling to main floors is now well advanced. This has seen waterproofers finalising wet areas prior to tiling commencing.

Settlement Update

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed late 4th Quarter 2024.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
