Ed.Square Construction Update - Terraces Block E

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Terrace Block E for 2024.

Since our last update, façade installation continues to progress, and the dismantling of the scaffold has commenced. Internal linings and stair installations are now complete. The focus has turned to tiling works, with the main floor tiles now complete. Bathroom waterproofing is being finalised. Once completed, the bathroom tiling will commence.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in late 4th Quarter 2024.
