Ed.Square Construction Update - Terraces Block E

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Terrace Block E for 2024.

Since our last update, we have seen some great progess. Internally, the team is finalising fit offs with carpet installation well advanced. This will see the team start the quality check process prior to the final coat of paint being installed. Externally, services connections have been prepped and landscaping has commenced.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed Late 4th Quarter 2024.

We understand and share your growing interest and excitement as your new home begins to take shape. We are also highly committed to the safety of our purchasers and members of our construction team. Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
