Ed.Square Construction Update - Terraces Block E

We have an update in the timing in the delivery of your new home at Ed.Square. Unfortunately, due to a number of issues being experienced across the construction industry, we now anticipate your home will be completed in late 2024 or early 2025.

We understand this is not what you wanted to hear before Christmas. In February, we will have more information which will give you a clearer picture of when construction of your home will commence and when we anticipate completion. 

Our construction program has been impacted by the shortage of quality materials and the shortage of quality tradespeople and contractors to undertake the building of your home. We must ensure the materials and the team responsible for the creation of your home delivers a high-quality outcome.

This new timeline takes into account the revised construction plan we explained in our previous correspondence, which is the result of a safety recommendation.

At the moment, we are preparing the site for construction to begin on all townhomes and terraces within Brooklyn Row. The previous sales centre has been demolished and site preparatory works will take place over the coming weeks. Behind the scenes, we are undertaking various assessments to identify the best method in which to deliver you a high-quality home as soon as possible. Upon completion of these assessments, we’ll be back in touch.
