It has been a busy month at Port Coogee and below is a summary of works.

Construction News

Stage 7D Forward Works & Traffic Modifications

The extension of the existing cobbled road has progressed along Chieftain Esplanade and will continue through to Napoleon Parade. Whilst these works are being undertaken, the path along the foreshore will be closed as of the 1 August 2022. Please be vigilant and adhere to the temporary pedestrian and road signage during this time. Weather permitting, these works are now anticipated to be finalised in the first quarter of 2023.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in delivering this new infrastructure.

Works have progressed with completion still on target for September 2022.

A busy month of small events and initiatives focussed on Sustainability will occur over the month of September as a collaboration between Frasers Property, Port Coogee Community Association and the City of Cockburn Waste & Marina Services team.

The City and Water Corporation are offering $250 subsidies along with 15 native plant seedlings and soil enhancers to help residents transform their verges into waterwise gardens.

Dinner at Dusk Winter Warmers

Dinner at Dusk continues throughout Winter. A reminder that 5 of the best food trucks will be offering takeaway meals on the second Friday of August located on the grassed area next to the new Frasers Property Sales Centre on Pantheon Ave.
