Welcome to the latest Baldivis Parks Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how this exciting project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Stage 11
With earthworks now complete, the next stage is civil works, which have now commenced. Currently, deep sewer and drainage services have been completed. The contractors are currently installing power, water and gas services and we remain on target to complete works in March next year. 
 
Whilst this construction work has been ongoing, we have also completed landscape designs for the park areas within Stage 11 and we expect to commence these landscaping works immediately following the completion of civil works in April next year.
