Baldivis Parks Construction Update - Stage 11

Please find below the latest construction information currently underway in Stage 11.

Stage 11

Works to Stage 11 commenced in mid-October, in preparation for the release to the market in November. This stage includes 54 lots varying in size from 168sqm - 514sqm. 

We anticipate completion of this stage in March 2024 with the Certificates of Title being issued in May 2024. 

Construction of the two landscaped parklands within this stage will commence immediately upon completion of civil works!
