Please find below the latest construction information currently underway in Stage 12B.

Stage 12B

All civil works are now complete for this stage. Practical Completion was reached in early October. As minor works are still underway to prepare this stage, guided access only is available to your builder or broker. We are happy to announce that Certificates of Title have just been issued ahead of schedule! The final works will include landscaping to the stage.
