Baldivis Parks Construction Update - Stage 10B

Please find below the latest construction information currently underway in Stage 10B.

Stage 10B  

Stage 10B is nearing completion with Practical Completion achieved. Therefore your valuer/builder can readily access the site to undertake required inspections. There has been a slight delay with the approvals process so we now anticipate receiving the Certificate of Titles in May and will advise our stage 10B purchasers via email once this milestone has been achieved.
