Titles Expected: August 2025
Stage Update: Stage 20 is being constructed in alignment with Stage 17. Earthworks commenced in October last year and the contractors have now completed the installation of deep sewer and drainage services. Power services will follow along with roadworks. We will update you with timings for the landscaping works as this is a key component of this stage.
- Earthworks and deep sewer and drainage services complete.
- Water, gas & power services currently under construction.
- Practical Completion programmed for July with Titles expected in August.
