A large public open space of over 8,500m2 is incorporated into this stage. Construction of Stage 20 is underway concurrently with the construction of stage 17 to deliver 136 new homesites to the community.
Earthworks have been completed along with deep sewer and drainage services. The team are now focused on water and power services with roadworks to follow. Practical Completion is on track to be reached in July with Titles to follow in August.Please contact our friendly Customer Care team should you have any questions.
