We’re excited to keep you informed about how this exciting project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Stage 15
Construction is progressing well with the current focus moving to installation of deep sewer and drainage infrastructure. Earth working and construction of the acoustic wall have been completed. 

 
Landscape designs have been completed for the community park with award of the works to follow. The stage is on track to achieve practical completion June with Titles anticipated for July 2024.
