Settlement Forecast

The Five Farms team is pleased to advise that Statement of Compliance has been achieved, with Titles now issued.

Settlement will occur from 22 May 2024.

We recommend that you consult your bank or financial lender to prepare your loan approval, and legal representation to confirm all your documentation is in order prior to settlement. Please contact our friendly Customer Care team should you have any questions.
