Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Five Farms Construction Update.

We are excited to keep you informed about how the Project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you are up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The Five Farms team is pleased to advise that civil construction has achieved practical completion. We are currently working with the relevant authorities to receive Statement of Compliance in order to ensure all assets are built to agreed standards.

Soil testing and valuation access are now available and inspections can be undertaken.

It's time to start getting ready for settlement. We recommend that you consult your bank or financial lender to prepare your loan approval, and legal representation to confirm all your documentation is in order prior to settlement. Please contact our friendly Customer Care team should you have any questions.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in May 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
