Valuation Invitation and Soil Testing Access - Stage 24

Valuation access is available from 28th March 2024

We are pleased to advise that your lot is now pegged and ready for valuation in preparation for the Forecasted Settlement Timeframe will be anticipated in May 2024.

Please inform your Broker, and/or Bank Lender that your land valuation is now available for on-site inspection starting from Thursday 28th March 2024. Once the valuation is completed, your lender will be able to finalise your loan in readiness for settlement.
