Construction Progress

The Five Farms team is pleased to advise that civil construction is progressing well with final works underway. Street signs are being installed, roads are line-marked and lots are pegged.

It is recommended that you commence discussions with your broker or lender as soon as possible.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in May 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
