Construction Progress

The Five Farms team are pleased to advise that civil construction has commenced, with site establishment and lot stripping complete, and bulk earthworks underway.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in July - September 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
