Practical completion is the day all the work on your home has been “practically completed.”

Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property to assess its value.

A pre-settlement inspection allows you to inspect your future home to investigate its quality and note any defects or issues that need to be rectified before settlement.

Once the title is registered and the property has received a Certificate of Occupancy, we can confirm your settlement date.

On the settlement date, you pay the balance of the purchase price and receive its title.

- Civil works in this precinct have nearly been completed by Winslow Group. This means all roads and footpaths have been laid and services run for future connection to the water, sewer and electricity networks.
- Over 50% of the Pioneer homes have been sold.
- Figurehead Construction has been appointed as the townhome builder for stages 1 and 2. They are due to commence construction within the next month.
