Valuation Invitation – The Grove Release One

Valuation access is now available

We are pleased to advise that your lot is ready for valuation by appointment.

Now is the time to finalise your arrangements for finance and apply for your final loan approval. To ensure a smooth process for your upcoming settlement in July 2024, it is important to schedule your valuation appointment as soon as possible. Once the valuation is complete, your lender can proceed with finalising your loan for settlement.

Arranging a valuation appointment
  • Valuers are required to book their appointments at least 48 hours in advance to ensure pegs are in place by contacting SEE Civil Site Engineer, Dylan Gon-Chee.
  • Valuation appointments can only be made on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Valuers are requested to meet Dylan at SEE Civil’s Site Office located opposite of The Grove Precinct.
  • As the site is under construction, full PPE is required - hard hat, high vis vests and steel cap boots must be worn. Heels or open-toe shoes are not permitted on site.

Soil tests

We're also pleased to advise that soil tests and contour surveys can now be booked. Please ask you builder to contact SEE Civil Site Engineer, Dylan Gon-Chee on the details above.

Settlement - excluding Lots 1330, 1331, 1332

We are pleased to advise settlement of your land is anticipated for July 2024.

Settlement for these three lots has been delayed due to additional works required. We are working hard to deliver these lots as soon as possible, and look forward to creating an even better homesite for you than was originally planned. We hope to be able to confirm the revised timing on these lots in the coming weeks, and our Customer Care team will be in contact with you directly to keep you updated.
