Welcome to the latest Construction Update

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to report that concrete slab installation to the Dockside homes is now complete and the team onsite have powered on to complete the framework and structural steel to the ground floor of each dwelling.

Over the coming weeks we will continue to progress up to level 1, including installation of the flooring system and scaffold installation to allow construction to continue progressing.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
