Shell Cove Construction Update - Dockside Homes

Works on the Dockside Release continue to progress with the main focus being the completion of the retaining walls and feature fences. Detailed excavation and installation of screw piling has now been completed. The drainage works for sewer and storm water services are well underway and will continue over the coming weeks. Once finalised, we will prepare the site in preparation for the pouring of the concrete ground slabs.

Settlement Timing Forecast

At this stage, completion and settlement of these homes is anticipated to occur as below:

CN6501 - CN6505  | Late Quarter 3, 2023.

Please note, this is dependant on various factors including registration of titles, obtaining occupation certifications and inclement weather during the course of construction.
