We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for your new home in the Dockside Release at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.

We are excited to report that works onsite at The Dockside release have ramped up once again with retaining wall masonry and inground works underway and progressing extremely well. Over the coming weeks preparations for drainage works and concrete slab construction will occur and start to shape these homes.

Settlement Timing Forecast

At this stage, completion and settlement of these homes is anticipated to occur as below:

CN6501 - CN6505 | Quarter 3, 2023.

Please note, this is dependant on various factors including registration of titles, obtaining occupation certifications and inclement weather during the course of construction.

The Waterfront Food & Wine Festival was a huge success!
A wonderful weekend was had with the thousands who turned out to enjoy The Waterfront Food & Wine Festival on the weekend. A festival of feasting, fun and fireworks and a celebration of the unique style and flavour that the NSW South Coast has to offer. The event showcased over 30 food, wine, spirits and beer vendors as well as family-friendly entertainment and rides.
