Ed.Square Construction Update - Block E North

We are pleased to bring you our next construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Block E North.

Since our last update, the team have progressed with the structure on-site with both the eastern and western sides tracking simultaneously. Currently ground slabs are poured, formwork walls are installed, scaffold erection is well underway and the formwork tables are installed for the first floor. In the coming weeks, we'll see formwork walls filled with concrete. In the carpark, footings have been poured to columns and the team are working on services and subgrade preparation to pour the carpark slabs in the coming weeks.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in early 2025.
