Ed.Square Construction Update - Block E North

We are pleased to bring you an update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Block E North.

The team are very excited to see the tower crane erected on-site. Piling is complete and drainage install is well underway. Retaining wall footings and walls are installed, waterproofing to walls will commence in the coming days, along with services to the walls. We will see our first ground slab pours commence in the coming weeks.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in early 2025.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
