Ed.Square Construction Update - Block E North

We are pleased to bring you our first construction update for your new home in Brooklyn Row Block E North for 2024.

Since re-commencing works this new year, the team have reached a major milestone with the concrete slabs now poured for both the western and eastern wings, with only the garage area slabs to be poured. We are pleased to see that the installation of the permanent formwork wall framing to support level 1 of the structure has now started to go up for the western wing. We recently completed the brickwork veneer to the retaining walls on the eastern wing.

It is currently anticipated that your new home will be completed in early 2025.
